Frequently Asked Questions
What is CFD trading?
CFD trading allows you to speculate on the price movements of financial assets like stocks, commodities, or indices without owning the underlying asset. By using leverage, you can open larger positions with a relatively small initial deposit, which can amplify both potential profits and losses. Since CFDs are traded on margin, you never take physical delivery of the asset; instead, you settle the difference in price between when you open and close the trade. This makes CFD trading a flexible but high-risk strategy, suited for short-term traders seeking to capitalize on market volatility.
Is CFD trading the same as Gambling?
No—but it can feel like gambling if you don’t know what you’re doing.
With proper risk management and strategy, trading becomes more calculated and structured.
Can I start with a small amount of money?
Yes. You can start with as little as $300, depending on the broker. But the goal at the beginning isn’t to make big money—it’s to learn and protect your capital.
How long does it take to become profitable?
There’s no fixed timeline. For most people, it takes months to years of learning, practice, and mistakes.
How do lot sizes work?
Lot size is just how much of an asset you're buying or selling in a single trade. Think of it like buying eggs by the dozen—you can buy 1 dozen, 2 dozen, or half a dozen. In trading, a "standard lot" is a fixed, large bundle, but you can also use smaller bundles.
The three main sizes:
Standard lot = 100,000 units (big move = big money)
Mini lot = 10,000 units (smaller)
Micro lot = 1,000 units (smallest for beginners)
How it's calculated simply:
Your profit or loss = Lot size × how many pips (price ticks) the price moves
Example: If you buy 1 micro lot (1,000 units) and the price moves up 10 pips, you make about $1. If you buy 1 standard lot (100,000 units) with the same 10 pip move, you make about $100.
The golden rule: Pick your lot size based on how much you're willing to lose, not how much you want to win. Smaller lot = smaller risk.

Do you do any coaching or mentoring?
No. I am a beginner, just like you. I wrote this blog to guide you on the right path to one of my coaches and mentors. They are more qualified than me.
What does the broker do?
A broker is a financial intermediary that connects traders and investors to the markets, such as stock exchanges or currency markets. In trading, a broker executes buy and sell orders on behalf of their clients, providing access to assets like shares, commodities, or CFDs. Brokers typically earn money through commissions, spreads (the difference between buying and selling prices), or fees. In the case of CFD trading, the broker acts as the counterparty to your trades, meaning they facilitate the contract directly rather than routing it to an external exchange.
Are signals guaranteed to win?
No.
Anyone promising a 100% win rate is not being honest. Signals can help, but they still involve risk.
Do you make money if I sign up?
Yes—and I want to be transparent about that.
If you sign up through my links, I may receive commissions or trading credits.
But I only recommend what I personally use and believe has value. And with your support, I can continue to try out different trading-related products.
