Transparency, Doubts & Final Thoughts
Before anything else, I want to make one thing clear:
This is my personal experience with Innova (now RFX Academy).
Other people may have had different experiences.
At some point, several Innova educators branched off and formed a new group—RFX Academy. Eventually, students, including us, were transitioned over.
My girlfriend and I originally joined Innova in September 2025.
At the time, it was growing fast.
A lot of people were promoting it—especially on social media.
And honestly… that raised some red flags for me.
It started to feel like:
“Why is everyone suddenly promoting this?”
“Is this legit… or is it some kind of MLM?”
I’ve always been curious about how businesses operate, so I started digging deeper.
Then something interesting happened.
I met up with a few close friends and told them I joined Innova.
Their immediate reaction was:
“Isn’t that a scam or some kind of MLM?”
Their reasoning?
The same people promoting Innova were previously promoting other products—like the supplement brand Thrive.
So to them, it looked like:
“Just another thing people are pushing.”
And I’ll be honest…
I understood why it looked that way.
But from my experience, I wouldn’t call it a scam.
Possibly MLM-style in its marketing, yes.
But not a scam.
Because at the end of the day:
👉 I actually learned a real skill
👉 I understood the markets better
👉 And we were able to make money applying what we learned
That’s something you can’t fake.
How the Business Model Actually Works
One thing that initially bothered me was that Innova required you to use their recommended broker.
It felt like:
“Are they making money from us losing?”
But after understanding it better, that’s not how it works.
It’s actually a volume-based affiliate model.
The broker pays a small commission per trade
The more you trade, the more they earn
So logically:
If you blow your account → you stop trading → they stop earning.
Which means their incentive is actually aligned with yours:
👉 Help you stay in the game
👉 Help you manage risk
👉 Help you grow (slowly and realistically)
It’s not about you losing—it’s about you continuing.
Innova vs RFX Academy (Big Difference)
One of the biggest improvements is accessibility.
When we joined Innova:
Innova Pricing
$1,200 – $1,800 USD upfront
$99/month subscription
$300 minimum deposit (your trading capital)
(The higher tier included an indicator, but in my opinion—not really worth the extra cost.)
Now with RFX Academy:
RFX Model
No upfront course fee
No monthly subscription
$300 minimum deposit (your trading capital)
You simply join through their partner broker, PU Prime, and you get access to the academy.
That’s a huge difference.
So… Should You Join RFX Academy?
In my opinion:
Yes—especially if you’re a beginner.
Here’s why:
Low barrier to entry ($300, which is your own trading money)
Structured learning + community
Access to educators and live trading
Ability to learn while actually participating
And if you decide it’s not for you?
You can withdraw your funds.
About the Referral (Full Transparency)
To be completely upfront:
If you join through my link: PU Prime
You receive trading credits
I also receive trading credits
And RFX can track that you were referred by a member.
If you sign up on your own without a referral, they may not be able to link you to the academy.
How the Trading Credits Work
The credits are not withdrawable cash.
They act more like a buffer.
For example:
You have $100 balance + $500 credits
Your trade goes into a -$120 drawdown
Normally, your account would be wiped.
But the credits act as a cushion—keeping the trade alive longer, giving it a chance to recover.
I like to think of it as:
“Backup ammo.”
Final Thought
Trading isn’t easy.
There’s no shortcut.
No guaranteed wins.
No “press one button and get rich” system.
But with the right guidance, risk management, and mindset…
It becomes a skill you can build over time.
And for me, RFX Academy helped accelerate that learning curve.
